Schedule & Compensation- Schedule:
M-F (5x10s) + Sat 8 hrs - Pay Rate: $42.50 hourly + OT

- Develop, implement, and manage site‑specific safety programs for electrical tool installation.
- Conduct daily safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, site facility standards, and site safety policies.
- Lead safety orientations and ongoing training for employees and subcontractors.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and hazards; prepare reports and corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and foremen to integrate safety into daily operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for safety‑related issues with Samsung representatives.
- 5+ years of experience in construction safety management, preferably in electrical or semiconductor environments.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards, NFPA codes, and cleanroom safety protocols.
- Proven ability to develop and enforce safety programs in complex projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- OSHA 30 certification required; CSP, CHST, or equivalent preferred.
- Experience working on Samsung projects or similar semiconductor clients.
- Familiarity with tool install safety protocols and commissioning procedures.
- Background in electrical construction safety within high‑tech manufacturing facilities.
May be required to walk up to 5 miles per day, be on feet for 8–10 hours at a time, and bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces; work at heights, on a ladder; lift up to 50 pounds. The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met to perform the essential functions of this job.
