WhatYou’ll Do
- Research and compare pricing for construction materials, tools, and equipment
- Prepare purchase requisitions and coordinate with approved vendors
- Track material orders to ensure timely delivery to field operations and project sites
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory reconciliation and reporting
- Support cost tracking and budget alignment for active construction projects
- Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records within accounting systems
- Assist with vendor communication and documentation management
- Collaborate with field teams, project managers, and accounting to ensure operational efficiency
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting, procurement, inventory management, or operations support
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and basic formulas preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Interest in construction operations, data centers, and operational finance
- Ability to work cross-functionally with field and office teams
