• Lead cost estimation projects, ensuring accuracy and reliability of cost estimates
• Submit budget requests
• Maintain cost & budget trackers tracking

• Ensure efficiency and adherence to SOPs
• Maintain accurate project completion progress and estimated completion dates trackers
• Schedule and attend weekly reconciliation meetings and closeout meetings with vendors and SAS personnel
• Maintain and update a historical tool costs tracker
• Identify any findings or discrepancies and report them to SAS Management
• Must have high level Excel skills

• Bachelor's degree in construction, accounting, or finance is preferred
• 1-3 years of estimating experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data functions)
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical mindset
• Good organizational, time‑management, and multitasking skills
• Strong communication (verbal / written) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
