Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Supply Chain / Intl. Trade
Position Summary
The Planning Buyer supports the Procurement team in compliance, analysis, and management through data management and analysis, reporting, presentation support, audit and SOP compliance, cost management coordination, continuous improvement projects, and other initiatives.
Responsibilities- Internal data maintenance and regular reporting (weekly days of inventory/shortage, monthly RM forecast report card, cost per wafer reports, etc.).
- Cost owner for the Procurement function across all teams; track, manage, and analyze CoEn activity, report regularly, and prepare monthly analysis summaries and executive CoEn presentations.
- Support internal and external requests for data and analysis, including ad‑hoc requests from DS Procurement.
- Coordinate SOP and certification processes across Procurement.
- Support development and implementation of software and system upgrades (e.g., GSRM → NSRM), new programs (e.g., MATS), and other system‑based improvements.
- Project manage team‑wide improvement initiatives.
- Supply audit and compliance management for internal, external, RBA, ISO, and other standards.
- Undergraduate degree in Business/Supply Chain Management (ideal) or Chemical, Mechanical, Material Engineering, or another related field.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with ERP/inventory management and data‑management/coding.
- ISO/IATF audit and management experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, data analysis, and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Base salary range: $65,000 — $107,500. Compensation also includes participation in company incentive programs based on organizational and individual performance.
