The EHS Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Taylor, TX, responsible for overseeing environmental, health, and safety programs at the facility. This role includes monitoring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, conducting inspections and audits, and supporting incident investigations. The EHS Supervisor develops and implements safety procedures, delivers training to team members, and promotes a proactive safety culture.

Daily activities also involve maintaining documentation and reporting, coordinating with operations and management to address EHS risks, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires close collaboration with cross‑functional teams and regular interaction with internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations, standards, and best practices, preferably in industrial or utilities settings.
• Experience conducting EHS audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Ability to develop and deliver safety training, create procedures, and influence safe work practices across diverse teams.
• Proficiency in EHS documentation, reporting, and use of relevant software tools for data tracking and analysis.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to guide staff and collaborate with management and regulators.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, occupational health and safety, engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CSP, CIH, CHMM, or OSHA‑related certifications) are a plus.
• Previous supervisory or lead experience in EHS or operations is preferred.
