- Coordinate with the Owner's legal counsel and federal program officer to ensure all contract documents and subcontract flow-down clauses reflect applicable CHIPS Act obligations
- Track GC and subcontractor compliance documentation (certified payrolls, domestic content certifications, prohibition on foreign entities of concern) and flag non-compliance risks
- Support preparation of required reporting to the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) related to project milestones and compliance status (to Owner)
Construction Sequence & Schedule Coordination
- Monitor the construction schedule for interface-sensitive activities (e.g., concrete pours, structural steel erection, equipment setup, and pipe installation) and flag sequencing conflicts before they impact the critical path
- Coordinate with the Owner's Schedule Manager on interface-related Look-ahead schedule items and milestone dependencies across GCs
