Construction Manager

Your Impact
  • Actively participating in project deployment meetings and offering improvements/solutions
  • Experience working directly with GC’s (general contractors) and subcontractors to assess potential problems and technical challenges and devise effective solutions.
  • Planning and managing team goals, project schedules, and incorporating new information as it arises.
  • Supervising ongoing projects and coordinating all team/partner members to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Managing project-related paperwork (forms), ensuring the accuracy and proper filing of all necessary materials.
  • Engaging in daily coordination meetings with GC regarding schedule, safety and issues.
  • Adhering to the allocated budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost‑saving measures.
Who You Are
  • Seasoned telecommunications infrastructure and construction manager.
  • Demonstrated successful experience in multiple greenfield construction projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, methodologies, and techniques.
  • Expertise in building products, construction details, and applicable regulations, rules, and quality standards.
  • Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the construction process.
  • Familiarity with construction management software packages.
  • Ability to think strategically and see the "big picture" when planning and executing projects.
  • Proficiency in conflict and crisis management, effectively resolving issues as they arise.
  • Strong leadership and human resources management skills, enabling effective team management.
  • Excellent time management and project management abilities, ensuring projects are completed within deadlines.
Requirements Education
  • High School Diploma, GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field (Preferred)
  • Safety-related credentials such as: NESC, OSHA, ANSI, certifications, etc. (Preferred)
  • BICSI RCDD Certified (Nice to have)
