Semiconductor Revit/BIM Designer - Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Semiconductor Revit/BIM Designer to lead our design team in developing cutting-edge semiconductor facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in Revit and AutoCAD, along with a deep understanding of semiconductor processes and tools. This position is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of our design projects, driving innovation, and mentoring junior designers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design team in the development of semiconductor facility designs using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure design integrity and adherence to project specifications.
• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in semiconductor design.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Mentor and train junior designers in Revit and BIM methodologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Revit/BIM design, specifically in the semiconductor industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor tools and processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
