Job SummaryWe are seeking an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Analyst, Senior Analyst, or Lead to support and enhance the organization's enterprise risk management program. The ideal candidate will partner with business units across the organization to identify, assess, quantify, monitor, and mitigate strategic, operational, financial, and reputational risks. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, risk assessment experience, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate complex risk data into actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate risk identification sessions and maintain enterprise risk registers.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessments and develop risk heat maps.
- Perform scenario analysis, stress testing, risk modeling, and exposure assessments.
- Design and maintain Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and risk monitoring frameworks.
- Prepare risk reports, dashboards, executive presentations, and board-level reporting.
- Partner with business units, Internal Audit, Compliance, Legal, and Finance teams to assess and mitigate risks.
- Develop and monitor risk mitigation plans and elevate emerging risks as needed.
- Support enterprise risk governance, policy development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional risk projects and provide strategic risk guidance to leadership.
- For Lead-level candidates, drive ERM strategy, governance frameworks, executive risk reporting, and enterprise-wide risk initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) principles, methodologies, and frameworks.
- Experience with risk assessments, risk registers, risk reporting, KRIs, controls, and mitigation planning.
- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, data analysis, reporting, and risk modeling techniques.
- Analyst (Level
1): Entry-level to 2 years of relevant experience. - Analyst II (Level
2): 2+ years of Enterprise Risk Management or related experience. - Senior Analyst: 5+ years of ERM, risk management, audit, compliance, finance, or quantitative risk experience.
- Lead: 8+ years of ERM leadership experience with enterprise-wide risk governance and executive-level engagement.
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- Experience with quantitative risk modeling, scenario analysis, Value-at-Risk (VaR), and enterprise governance frameworks.
