DC Army National Guard is seeking Cavalry Scouts to serve as the eyes and ears of the armored division. You will move ahead of the unit, provide reconnaissance, and relay vital information for informed decisions by your commanding officer.
Duties include securing ammunition on scout vehicles, operating weapons, navigating during combat, and reporting terrain, weather, and enemy dispositions. Training occurs primarily in the field with some classroom instruction.
