Alpaca Health is seeking compassionate, patient-focused RBTs to support children with autism in homes, schools, and communities. You’ll work under a BCBA mentor, implement behavior plans, collect data, and build trust with families. Active RBT certification is preferred, but we’ll help you earn one and grow toward BCBA.
