Release Analyst

Taylor, TX (Hybrid – 2 days onsite required)

We’re looking for a hands-on Release Analyst with strong Change & Release Management experience supporting infrastructure and 24/7 IT operations.

This role is critical to ensuring secure, compliant, and well-governed releases across infrastructure, cloud, and enterprise systems.

If you’re comfortable running CAB meetings, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing structured release cycles — this is for you.

📅 Release Planning & Coordination

• Lead release planning meetings across application, infrastructure, and cloud teams
• Maintain structured release calendar (OS patching, security updates, cloud deployments)
• Establish consistent enterprise release cadence
• Manage end-to-end infrastructure & application release cycles
• Oversee:
• Firmware updates
• Network & storage changes
• Ensure policy, security, and compliance adherence
• Track approvals and production readiness
• Collaborate with Dev Ops/SRE teams
• Exposure to CI/CD, Ansible, Terraform is a plus
• Ensure security & CIP regulatory compliance
• Track KPIs (patch success rate, downtime, rollback trends)
• Facilitate and run CAB meetings
• Use Service Now & Jira for change/release workflows
• Support ITIL processes (Change, Release, Incident, Problem Management)

• 3+ years in IT Change & Release Management (infrastructure focused)
• 5+ years progressive experience in IT operations/infrastructure
• Strong experience with:
• OS patching & infrastructure upgrades
• Service Now & Jira (both required)
• Advanced Excel (data analysis & reporting)
• Experience running CAB meetings
• ITIL knowledge (certification a plus, not required)

🎓 Bachelor’s degree OR 6+ years relevant experience in lieu of degree
