Telin is a carrier-grade telecom and unified communications provider serving MSPs, VARs, and 3CX partners across the USA, Canada, and Australia.
We deliver white-labeled UCaaS, SIP Trunking, 3CX Cloud Hosting, IaaS, SD-WAN failover, virtual faxing, and advanced billing solutions.
We are expanding our go-to-market team and hiring an SDR to help drive partner acquisition and pipeline growth.
The Role:Sales Development Representative (SDR)
This is a growth-focused SDR role responsible for:
- Outbound prospecting
- Multi-channel lead generation
- Social selling
- Building top-of-funnel pipeline
You will target MSPs, VARs, and telecom partners across North America.
This is not a call-center role. This is a strategic B2B sales development position focused on quality conversations and long-term partnerships.
What You’ll Do- Research and build targeted prospect lists (MSPs, VARs, telecom providers)
- Execute outbound campaigns via phone, email, and Linked In
- Personalize messaging based on business model and industry focus
- Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for Sales
- Track activity and pipeline progression in Zoho CRM
- Support Linked In outreach and engagement initiatives
- Engage in telecom, MSP, and B2B technology communities
- Amplify partner stories and product updates
- Collaborate with Marketing on outbound messaging
- Meet activity and meeting-booked targets
- Report weekly on pipeline contribution and engagement rates
- Test and refine messaging to improve conversion rates
Who You Are
- 0–2 years experience in SDR, sales, marketing, or lead generation
- Strong communicator (written and verbal)
- Comfortable with outbound calling and outreach
- Organized, coachable, and goal-oriented
- Interested in telecom, UCaaS, MSP, or B2B technology
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho preferred) is a plus
This SDR role is designed as a launchpad.
High-performing SDRs can advance into:
- Account Executive
- Partner Development Manager
- Onboarding Specialist
- Account Manager
- Marketing Growth roles
Within 12 months, SDRs who meet performance benchmarks and complete internal training will be eligible for advancement opportunities.
