Test Automation Developer

Seeking a Test Automation Developer to support smoke, regression, integration, and security testing for Client projects. The role involves building automation suites using Tricentis TOSCA and other tools, supporting QA processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated test plans and scripts using Tricentis TOSCA and Selenium (Java/Python)
• Create and execute automation strategies aligned with Client testing framework
• Analyze system requirements, technical designs, and processes to scope automation coverage
• Collaborate with business testers and QA teams to lead automated testing activities
• Conduct functional, system, regression, and integration testing
• Participate in product design reviews and provide input on automation impacts
• Use tools such as qTest, Git Hub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated tests
• Generate and maintain automation execution reports
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support continuous test improvement initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• Tricentis TOSCA (3–5 years experience)
• TOSCA DEX (2–3 years)
• TOSCA–qTest integration and test data management (2 years)
• Java/Python scripting
• PL/SQL and Oracle RDBMS knowledge
• Experience with QA/QC practices and full SDLC
• API Testing(REST/SOAP) using Tosca
• Test plan, test case, and execution report creation
• Web services knowledge (HTML5, CSS, JQuery)
• Comfortable in Linux and Windows environments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Git Hub enterprise, Git Hub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines
• Containers for test execution
• Selenium, Playwright, REST Assured for automated testing
• JUnit/TestNG (preferably TestNG)
• Load and performance testing (Neo Load, Load Runner, JMeter)
• Mobile testing using Tosca with Sauce Labs (iOS and Android)
• Experience with Agile methodologies

(Not specified, but Tricentis Tosca certification is a plus)

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
