Unix Engineer (Mid-Level) - Bilingual in Korean

Contract Term
We are seeking a skilled Unix Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to manage, maintain, and optimize Unix/Linux environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system administration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and supporting enterprise applications in Unix-based servers.
Responsibilities- Install, configure, and maintain Unix/Linux servers and related applications
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and backups
- Collaborate with application teams to support deployment and performance tuning
- Ensure security, compliance, and disaster recovery procedures are in place
- Automate routine tasks using scripting (Shell, Perl, Python, etc.)
- Maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures
- 3-5 years of Unix/Linux system administration experience
- Strong understanding of Unix/Linux operating systems and commands
- Experience with Shell scripting or other automation tools
- Knowledge of system monitoring, backup, and recovery processes
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and team collaboration skills
- Experience with cloud-based Unix environments (AWS, Azure)
- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
- Exposure to database or middleware administration
- Experience with Dev Ops practices
