  • Operate and improve GPU Platform, including model‑serving infrastructure, API reliability, usage monitoring, resource management and platform troubleshooting.
  • Work directly with factory engineers, citizen developers, HQ/Taylor counterparts, and internal platform users to support adoption, resolve issues, and improve platform capabilities.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or related STEM field.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Kubernetes, Docker/containerized applications, Linux systems, and cloud‑native infrastructure.
  • Strong programming and scripting skills, preferably in Python, Bash, SQL, and/or .NET.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and Dev Ops workflows such as Git, Jenkins, Ansible, Git Lab or similar platforms.
  • Experience supporting production systems, including troubleshooting, monitoring, incident response, and root‑cause analysis.
