The Director of Operations is responsible for leading all production, maintenance, safety, environmental, quality, and operational activities at the Taylor, Texas facility. This role ensures the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the plant while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining compliance with all regulatory and company requirements. The Director of Operations serves as the primary operational liaison with customers and is accountable for achieving business objectives through strong leadership, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

• Youwill lead all production, maintenance, safety, environmental, quality, and operational activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, environmental regulations,quality standards, and all regulatory requirements
• Directplant operations and maintenance activities to meet production,reliability, and customer commitments
• Leadand develop a high-performing operations and maintenance team focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Establish operational priorities and coordinate resources across functions tosupport business objectives
• Further,you will foster a culture of safety, inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Develop team capabilities through coaching, succession planning, and talent development
• Lead change initiatives that improve operational performance, customer satisfaction, and business results
• Buildpartnerships with Operations, Engineering, Reliability, Supply Chain,Commercial, and Customer teams to achieve strategic objectives
• Serveas the primary point of contact for customers regarding operational performance and supply reliability
• Andyou will maintain effective customer communication and resolve operationalconcerns to support long-term relationships
• Drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives, productivity improvements, cost reductionprojects, and reliability improvements
• Leadroot cause investigations, 8D reports, after-action reviews, and corrective action plans related to operational events and supplyinterruptions
• Ensure timely completion of action items resulting from audits, investigations,and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manageplant operating budgets, monitor financial performance, and support capital, maintenance, and long-range planning activities
• Trackand manage financial performance for routine operations and project execution activities

• Youhave a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimumten (10) years of experience in industrial gas, bulk, onsite, or related manufacturing operations, including ten (10) years of leadership experience in plant or operations management required
• Demonstrated experience leading operations, maintenance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives;
  Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
• Bachelor'sdegree in Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred
• Youhave strong leadership, team development, communication, and customer relationship management skills
• Strong business acumen with the ability to manage operational and financial performance
• Proven problem-solving, decision-making, planning, organizational, and execution skills
• Abilityto lead complex projects, drive strategic initiatives, and influenceresults across multiple functions.
• Youhave commitment to quality, reliability, and operational excellence
• Willingness to travel periodically, participate in an on-call rotation, respond to operational issues as needed, and carry a company-issued mobile device for business communications
