Production Manager, Manufacturing Production
Position Summary
As a member of the Manufacturing Operations shift team, the employee is directly responsible for managing a team of 4 to 15 manufacturing specialists that maintain the flow of production through sections of the line during their shift while achieving world‑class speed and quality.
Role and Responsibilities- B shift (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and alternating Saturdays, 7pm‑7am)
- Manage team personnel and all related tasks
- Troubleshoot complex production issues utilizing computer systems
- Make decisions based on best known methods or operating procedures
- Track and document production obstacles and communicate these issues effectively
- Collaborate with external departments to enhance manufacturing performance
- Engineering or Business Management degree
- Minimum of one year of demonstrated success in inventory analysis, production control, capacity planning, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or project management
Base salary range: $96,000 – $124,500. Compensation is based on duties, location, education, skills and experience. The total rewards package includes competitive benefits and possible incentive compensation.
