Location:

Taylor, TX | Salary: $22.06 – $26.54 per hour (includes 10% shift differential). 2nd shift: 3pm – 11:30pm Monday‑Friday. Overtime scheduled as needed.

• Review work orders to ensure familiarization with job requirements and discuss requirements with team members.
• Program layouts for production as needed; use software to determine cutting paths, speeds, passes, and tool sizes for production, and generate routing paths for tooling.
• Utilize shop tools such as grinders, saws, and hand tools to complete wooden molds.
• Repair broken molds in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption of the molding process.
• Develop mold components, ensuring all parts fit together without apparent seams.
• Inspect work periodically and upon completion to confirm dimensional compliance with work orders.
• Perform routine operator maintenance on equipment and set up of equipment.
• Maintain a clean, bright, and hot work environment.
• Report to Plant Supervisor.

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent or demonstrated competency through work experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Well organized with good software skills and familiarity with computer database usage and internet file transfer.
• Ability to learn and utilize CAD/CAM and graphics software.
