Our new client operates two large-scale advanced manufacturing facilities in Central Texas. These sites support 24/7 production of highly specialized technology components used across multiple industries. The campuses include clean-room environments, engineering labs, and high-volume production lines that require a diverse, skilled workforce.

Job Summary

We are seeking Defect Classification Analyst to join our team. You are the first line of defense in our commitment to precision and quality. In the high-stakes environment of semiconductor manufacturing, your ability to identify and categorize microscopic anomalies is what ensures our products meet world-class standards. You won't just be spotting errors; you'll be providing the data that drives our continuous improvement.

Job Description
  • Precision Classification:
    Accurately identify and name defects by cross-referencing visual data with our comprehensive Defect Catalog.
  • Data Integrity:
    Ensure all classifications are recorded timely and accurately to support downstream engineering decisions.
  • Informed Decision-Making:
    Use facts, production goals, and known constraints to make high-quality decisions under pressure.
  • Process Improvement:
    Apply "Breakthrough Thinking" to suggest fresh ideas and solutions for workplace challenges and workflow bottlenecks.

Education/Training/Certifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
Additional Requirements
  • Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM;
    Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Saturday
  • Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
