Production Technician – Operate and maintain a cryogenic air separation plant to ensure reliable and efficient performance.

• Safely operate a cryogenic air separation plant to guarantee reliable and efficient performance.
• Perform and facilitate maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to uphold plant safety and equipment integrity.
• Monitor process performance and adjust operational parameters to maintain reliability, quality, and efficiency.
• Adhere to company, customer, and regulatory safety policies and report all incidents promptly.
• Collect and interpret equipment and process condition data to support proactive maintenance decisions.
• Oversee contractors performing routine and non‑routine work to ensure safety compliance and quality execution.
• Execute lock‑out tag‑out procedures and recommend improvements to enhance process availability and reliability.

• Experience operating production processes or systems in an industrial environment with a strong commitment to safety.
• Proficiency in mechanical equipment, electrical systems, and industrial instrumentation.
• Familiarity with controls and human‑machine interface platforms such as Wonderware, Rockwell, and Siemens.
• Ability to read and revise engineering drawings, including piping and instrumentation diagrams and schematic wiring diagrams.
• Effective communication of technical information to support safe, coordinated, and effective teamwork.
• Capability to operate forklifts, cranes, and aerial work platforms safely and confidently following established procedures.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
