Position SummaryAs a Photo Process Technician you’ll perform functions associated with all manufacturing and/or system operations, such as working with engineers and manufacturing in set‑up and calibration tasks, system support, preventative maintenance, failure analysis, documenting/following standard operating procedures, and performing rework and quality testing related to the production of memory chips and logic. You’ll also use sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct in‑line adjustments to products, instruments, equipment, or processes, and determine and assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process while complying with all health, safety and environmental management system guidelines.
Roleand Responsibilities

- Determine and assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process while complying with health, safety and environmental management system guidelines.
- Change point management (CPM)/system maintenance: follow SOPs to ensure equipment, processes and systems run effectively.
- Troubleshooting: conduct failure analysis and follow scripts to troubleshoot and anticipate future failures.
- Monitor equipment and processes in the current state and proactively seek ways to improve processes.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent technical certification.
- Experience as a pharmacy technician, dental assistant, medical technologist, or four years of equivalent technical military service.
- At least 2 years of prior work experience.
- Familiarity with SPC methods and implementation.
- Knowledge of TPM concepts.
Salary This role is paid hourly between $18.60 and $60.40 per hour. Total compensation will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs.
Day ShiftsA Shift – Sunday through Tuesday, 6:45 am – 7:15 pm (alternating Wednesdays).
C Shift – Thursday through Saturday, 6:45 am – 7:15 pm (alternating Wednesdays).
