Cure Oven Operator
Lingo Staffing is seeking Cure Oven Operators. This is a full-time opportunity with a four-day work week and opportunities for long-term growth located in Taylor, TX.
1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Pay: $18.20/hour
Responsibilities include:
- Operating and monitoring cure ovens
- Loading and unloading materials
- Maintaining production schedules and quality requirements
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
