Molding & Cure Oven Operators - 1st & 2nd Shift

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking dedicated Molding & Cure Oven Operators - 1st & 2nd shift to join their team. As a Molding & Cure Oven Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department, supporting the manufacturing process and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location:

Taylor, TX

Pay Range: $18 / $19.50

Shift: 1st & 2nd shift

• Operate molding and curing ovens to support manufacturing processes
• Monitor oven temperatures and curing times to ensure product quality
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment
• Document production data accurately and maintain safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

• Credential requirements: 100004, 100006, 100037
• Previous experience in manufacturing or oven operation preferred
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Effective communication skills and teamwork orientation
