Deburr​/Detail Operator- Weekend Shift

Job Summary

• Grinding, Polishing, and Buffing Machine Tool Setters, Operators, and Tenders
• Metal and Plastic:
  Set up, operate, or tend grinding and related tools that remove excess material or burrs from surfaces, sharpen edges or corners, or buff, hone, or polish metal or plastic work pieces.
• Competitive Pay (depends on experience).
• Able to lift 55 lbs. consistently.

• Deburring & Finishing:
  Meticulously inspects and removes burrs, sharp edges, and other surface imperfections from metal, plastic and other materials using a variety of hand and power tools (e.g. files, sanders, grinders).
• Quality Control:
  Perform visual and quality to verify parts meet blueprint specifications and comply with company quality standards.
• Blueprint Interpretation:
  Reads and understands complex engineering drawings, blueprints and work instructions to identify deburring requirements, tolerances and surface finish specifications.
• Documentation:
  Records inspection data and process improvements and reports any non-conforming parts to a supervisor or quality department.

WEEKEND SHIFT: FRIDAY – SUNDAY, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
