** Pay:**  $32 to $38 per hour

** Type:
** Ongoing contract with possibility for full time offer

* Job Responsibilities:

*
* + Provide direct nursing care, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs.

+ Support patients throughout the recovery process using substance abuse and behavioral health treatment principles.

+ Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication management, and healthy lifestyle choices.

+ Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

+ Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) while complying with healthcare regulations and HIPAA.

+ Observe, assess, and promptly report changes in patient condition.

+ Promote a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for patients.

** Requirements:*
* + Current and active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice.

+ Experience providing direct patient care.

+ Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient education skills.

+ Knowledge of healthcare regulations, HIPAA, and nursing standards.

+ Experience in behavioral health, substance abuse, or recovery settings is preferred.

+ Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
