Facilities Services Technician

The Technician will be responsible for the maintenance of utility distribution within a semiconductor fabrication environment. Duties include responding to leaks and distribution failures, conducting visual inspections of systems by walking through designated areas to identify any abnormalities, and making modifications and repairs to systems as required.

• Monitor distribution systems visually, document abnormalities and execute repair.
• Respond to reported utility outages or out of spec conditions, leaks and/or piping failures and execute repairs in coordination with tool owners.
• Requires Emergency Response Team (ERT) membership.
• Work with stainless steel, polypropylene, CPVC, PVDF piping systems.
• Work hours:
  
  Compressed Work Week, day shifts, 12 hours per day.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Journeyman Plumber or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills:
  Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

• Base pay range: $20.50 – $46.00 per hour; total compensation includes a competitive benefits package and may include incentive programs based on performance.
