Maintenance Technician / Mechanic

Skills & Experience:
- 1- 2 years experience (level
1) or 3+ years experience (level
2) with maintenance, troubleshooting, or repairing equipment or machinery experience can be from the military! Does not need to be in industry/civilian work - Strong knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical systems
- Experience working with hand tools (i.e. multimeter, torque wrench, oscilloscope, etc.)
- Ability to work night shifts B or D:
- SHIFT B: NIGHTS Sunday, Mon, Tues and every other Saturday
- SHIFT D: NIGHTS Wed, Thurs, Friday and every other Saturday
Skills & Experience:
- Experience supporting semiconductor equipment preferably surface prep systems (SPS)
- Military experience in the following MOS':
- Load Master
Insight Global is looking for an onsite Service Engineer/Equipment Technician to join a leading equipment manufacturer within the semiconductor industry. This individual will be responsible for working onsite at one of their clients in Taylor, Texas. Acting as the support representative assisting in any repairs or routine maintenance of their equipment. Each day you will begin by learning from the previous shift what activities were completed and what is still pending completion.
You will also sit down with the client's leadership team to discuss any critical updates and align on priorities for that day. Strong documentation and communication skills is a must for this team as you will be responsible for providing updates to the team directly along with documentation inside of their tool.
