Journeyman Electrician

Doota Industrial America is a leader in environmental CEMS and is seeking a highly motivated Journeyman to install, test, maintain, and repair electrical and electronic equipment within our manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will work with seasoned professionals and collaborate with partners such as Samsung, LG, HP, SK Innovation, and Hyundai to advance industry-leading solutions.

• Install, test, and maintain electrical and electronic equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment using electrical and electronic test equipment
• Handle wiring, electrical and electronic components, and perform circuit testing
• Read and interpret drawings and schematics
• Identify and repair malfunctions in electrical and electronic systems
• Complete preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines when working with electricity

• Minimum of 3 years of journeyman experience in the electrical or electronic manufacturing industry
• Journeyman's license or certification preferred
• Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings and schematics
• Ability to use electrical and electronic test equipment for troubleshooting
• Knowledge of electrical and electronic components and circuitry
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify malfunctions
• Ability to work in a team environment and consistently follow safety procedures and guidelines
