Perform preventative maintenance on pumps, chillers, exhaust systems, and related equipment;
Inspect, troubleshoot, and replace components including pumps, O-rings, seals, heater wraps, and other mechanical parts;
Conduct visual inspections of vacuum pump exhaust lines and associated systems;
Complete scheduled cleaning and maintenance activities on piping and exhaust systems;
Document maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment readings accurately
