We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician III to support our growing manufacturing operations. This senior-level, multi-craft role is responsible for troubleshooting complex facility and production-support equipment, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and providing technical guidance to junior technicians.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair motors, pumps, fans, bearings, valves, conveyors, pneumatic systems, and other facility equipment
. - Perform complex preventive and corrective maintenance using drawings, schematics, manuals, and approved procedures.
- Troubleshoot VFDs, sensors, controls, motor-control systems, and electrical equipment
. - Support generators, ATS, UPS, battery systems, and electrical distribution equipment
. - Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC and utility systems
, including chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, CRAC/CRAH units, compressed air, pumps, and exhaust systems. - Follow LOTO and electrical safety procedures during maintenance activities.
- Provide technical guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 technicians and escalate critical issues when necessary.
- Document maintenance activities, equipment failures, and corrective actions in the CMMS
.
- 5–7 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, data centers, critical facilities, or a similar maintenance environment.
- Strong multi-craft mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and controls troubleshooting experience.
- Knowledge of motors, VFDs, pumps, pneumatics, conveyors, facility utilities, and industrial equipment
. - Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and basic P&IDs
. - Experience with preventive/corrective maintenance and CMMS systems.
- Ability to safely lead maintenance activities and support junior technicians.
- Experience in a high-volume or 24/7 manufacturing environment preferred.
- Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
- NFPA 70E / Electrical Safety
- Forklift, scissor-lift, or aerial-lift certification
- Mechanical, controls, predictive maintenance, or reliability training
