Job Description
The Shuttle Driver transports passengers to and from assigned locations, which may include an airport, commercial building, hospital, sports arena, entertainment venue, educational facility or warehouse.
ScheduleMonday to Friday, 6am – 2pm or 1pm – 9pm.
Background ChecksBackground checks with ABM and DOT are required.

Responsibilities- Transport, load and unload passengers at designated pick‑up and drop‑off locations.
- Ensure safe loading/unloading of passengers, including use of specialized equipment for passengers with special needs such as wheelchair lifts and tie‑downs.
- Help passengers load and unload luggage as needed.
- Inspect vehicles regularly for unsafe conditions, perform routine cleaning and bus maintenance activities.
- Provide assistance to patrons needing travel to and from various airport locations and lots.
- Inspect shuttle for preexisting damage using electronic device or manual tickets.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, respond to inquiries courteously, give directions, etc.
- Maintain and enforce bus evacuation plan and coordinate evacuation activities as appropriate.
- Immediately report incidents or claims to the Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
- Refuel and maintain shuttle equipment, record fuel use.
- Clean shuttle, disinfect after each use.
- Perform pre‑inspection and post‑inspection activities to ensure operating conditions, DOT standards compliance, and safety.
Required:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- No experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required.
- This role may require a CDL with specific class and endorsement.
Preferred:
- One (1) year of prior work experience as passenger shuttle driver is preferred.
