P&S Dedicated Division is hiring drivers for a flat/weekly pay account. The position offers a $1,500 weekly wage with 1,350 on the base pay, and $1,000 orientation pay. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is included along with 7 paid holidays and standard benefits.
Home daily schedule, minimal loads, and Friday call-ins may be required. Loads are 1–3 coils per trip, with tarp pay built into the weekly rate. Gate times start between 6–8 am based on seniority and coil availability; average round trip is 68
