ATN Global is hiring an experienced Heavy Haul / Specialized Freight Specialist for our Taylor, Texas office.
We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of hands-on experience specifically in flatbed, step deck, RGN, Conestoga, heavy haul, and oversized/over-dimensional freight.
This is NOT a dry van or reefer dispatch position.
The right candidate must have strong experience with:
- Oversized / Over-Dimensional & Heavy Haul loads
- Permitting and route requirements
- Understanding equipment dimensions, weight and axle requirements
- Sourcing and working with specialized carriers
- Rate negotiation and load planning
- Escorts/pilot cars and other specialized requirements
- Managing specialized freight from quote through delivery
Location: Taylor, TX – In Office
Experience: Minimum 5 years specialized/heavy haul experience
We offer a very competitive salary plus performance bonuses for the right person. Compensation will reflect experience and proven knowledge of specialized transportation.
If your background is primarily dry van or reefer dispatching, this position is not the right fit. We are specifically looking for someone who knows heavy haul and specialized equipment inside and out.
