What your future day will look like:

Create transfer orders to balance inventory and keep products available across locations.

Process and track direct shipments while coordinating with sales teams, vendors, and customers.

Follow up on purchase orders, confirm ship dates, and update expected receipts in Net Suite.

Manage assigned vendor lines, create purchase orders, verify details, and address shipment issues.

Support special-order quotes and help purchasing teams organize vendor pricing and project information.

Review inventory activity, assist with shortage prevention, and support shipment, claim, and quality-related solutions.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

Purchasing, procurement, sales, warehouse, or distribution experience preferred.

Associate or bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field is a plus.

Intermediate Excel skills and familiarity with Net Suite or similar ERP systems preferred.
