As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents while working closely with physicians, nurses, nursing assistants, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team.
You’ll play an important role in promoting the health, comfort, dignity, and quality of life of every resident entrusted to our care.
ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care according to each resident's individualized plan of care.
Administer medications
, perform nursing assessments
, provide wound care
, and complete accurate clinical documentation.Supervise Nursing Assistants and support outstanding resident care.
Monitor residents' conditions and promptly notify physicians of significant changes.
Ensure compliance with CMS, state, federal, and facility regulations.
Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional resident outcomes.
Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
Current, active, unrestricted North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
Current CPR Certification
One (1) year of Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care experience preferred
Excellent communication and leadership skills
