- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
- Current, active, unrestricted North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Current CPR Certification
- Minimum one (1) year of Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
- Provide direct nursing care according to each resident's individualized plan of care.
- Administer medications
, perform comprehensive nursing assessments
, provide wound care
, and complete accurate clinical documentation
. - Supervise Nursing Assistants and support exceptional resident care.
- Monitor residents' conditions and promptly notify physicians of any significant changes.
- Ensure compliance with CMS, state, federal, and facility regulations
. - Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality care
. - Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment
