Project Manager, Environmental Engineer, Field​/Service Technician

PIPECARE is currently seeking a Project Manager
.

The primary role of the Project Manager includes overseeing PIPECARE's operational projects at the corporate office and subsidiaries. These projects involve mobilizing resources to Oil & Gas fields, servicing pipelines, conducting field surveys and verifications, demobilizing equipment after completion, and reporting. The candidate will lead a project team, managing project budgets, execution, and control.

• Prepare, sign, and submit pigging reports, daily reports, and other relevant documentation to the Project Manager.
• Discuss equipment and tools requirements for field operations.
• Report non-compliances, near-misses, and safety issues.
• Attend safety, technical, and professional development trainings.
• Analyze project documents, operation manuals, and procedures.
• Establish professional relations with client’s field personnel.
• Manage and develop the team to execute field work safely, effectively, and efficiently, adhering to time, resource, and financial plans.
• Authorize work stoppages if safety concerns arise.
• Coordinate activities between teams, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Visit client sites for meetings, surveys, and risk assessments.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by POM and the Executive Team.

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or relevant) with 10+ years of operation planning experience.
• Experience in Oil and Gas sector, preferably with ILI exposure.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Mobility to walk, climb, and access various sites and platforms.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to focus and multitask.
• Willingness to wear safety equipment as required.
• Sufficient mobility and reflexes for office and site duties.
