Virtual School-Based Speech Pathologist

For the 2025/2026 school year, we are seeking licensed speech-language pathologists in both Utah and California. For both positions, we are looking for neuro-affirming therapists.
Ideally, SLPs will be NLA trained clinicians through Meaningful Speech's Gestalt Language Processing program. We have a very high population of students with autism that are GLP kiddos, and our goal is provide services that allow them to authentically function as autistic students instead of forcing the neurotypical agenda. At minimum, SLPs must have a working understanding of NLA/Gestalt Language Processing with CEUs completed in this area.
For the California position, therapists must be California-residing per the school's protocol, without exception.
The hours will range from 10 hours 30 hours per week. For now, the job type, location, and pay are still the same, as are the direct services bullet pointed below.

$70.00 per hour

• Speech Therapy Services ($70/hour)
• Late Cancellations | less than 24-hours notice ($70/hour)
• No Shows ($70/hour)
• IEP Meetings ($70/hour)
• This includes any eligibility meetings, as well
• Evaluations ($210 flat rate)
• This includes scheduling, evaluating, and report writing assuming that each evaluation will average three hours of work. Testing materials and record forms provided by OT.

• IEP Paperwork (1-hour flat rate of $70)
• Progress Reports (15-minute flat rate of $17.50)
• Scheduling a new student (20-minute flat rate of $23.33)

• Daily Responsibilities:
• Enter billing and attendance for assigned services into the school’s system as a SOAP note
• Enter attendance in company's software
• * You will be entering attendance/billing into both the school’s software and company's software.
• Communicate with families and teachers as needed
