The Senior Manager of Digital Media will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of all paid digital advertising initiatives across the organization's business units (VRS, Caption Call, and Enterprise). This role is responsible for driving performance through data-driven strategies across search, social, programmatic, and emerging media channels. The position manages a small team (one direct report) and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are effective, on-brand, and aligned with business growth objectives.
Additionally, this role will oversee the tactical execution of email marketing initiatives, including building and scheduling campaigns within the marketing automation platform (MAP) and producing performance reports that surface actionable insights on engagement trends and optimization opportunities.
- Paid Media Strategy:
Develop, manage, and oversee day-to-day execution of multi-channel paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, Linked In, and emerging networks. - Performance Optimization:
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs); test and refine creative, targeting, and budget allocation to maximize ROI. - Budget Management:
Oversee paid media budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting, efficient spend pacing, and performance accountability across brands. - Team Leadership:
Mentor, coach, and manage one direct report, fostering professional growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement. - Innovation & Emerging Trends:
Stay ahead of platform updates and digital marketing trends; identify and implement new opportunities to expand reach and effectiveness. - Brand Consistency:
Ensure all paid media efforts reflect the company's voice, visual identity, and overarching marketing objectives. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with creative, content, sales, and product teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with broader business strategies. - Agency & Vendor Management:
Oversee relationships with external partners and technology vendors to enhance campaign performance and scalability. - Reporting & Insights:
Analyze and translate performance data into actionable insights; deliver clear, executive-ready reports demonstrating business impact. - Process Improvement:
Streamline workflows, reduce redundancies, and implement best practices to increase efficiency across paid media operations. - Compliance & Governance:
Ensure all marketing campaigns meet compliance, legal, and regulatory requirements prior to launch. - Email Marketing:
Execute end-to-end email campaign builds in D365 across VRS, Caption Call, and Enterprise, including segmentation setup, QA testing, stakeholder approval routing via test sends, deployment scheduling, and post-campaign performance reporting with trend analysis. - Other duties as assigned.
This position manages employees and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees.

Minimum:
- 4 Year/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Minimum Years of
Experience:
- 7 years professional PPC/SEM experience
- Knowledge and firsthand experience with the search marketing industry
- An ability to understand and develop performance reports using Google Analytics Data
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Physical Requirements
- Punctual and reliable attendance.
- Ability to sit and/or stand at a desk and work with a computer for extended periods of time.
- Positive attitude, team player, good interpersonal communication skills and able to work across company departments.
