RyTel Hosted in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Tier 1/2 VoIP Technician for our 24/7/365 Network Operations Center. You’ll monitor voice, data, and related services, troubleshoot issues, and support customers, technicians, and carriers.
Based on-site in Taylorsville, UT with occasional local travel. You’ll work with Tier 2/3 teams to resolve VoIP and network problems and help customers through calls and emails while learning new technologies.
