Legacy House of Taylorsville is hiring a full-time Property Maintenance Assistant to help keep our senior living community safe, comfortable, and well-maintained. As a Property Maintenance Assistant, you'll support the daily upkeep and appearance of our senior living community. Working under the Maintenance Director, you'll:
- Complete maintenance and repair requests for residents
- Perform basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
- Assist with preventative maintenance tasks
- Help maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building and grounds
- Provide friendly, respectful service to residents and team members
No two days are the same-this role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and learning new skills on the job.
What We're Looking For- Basic building maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, general repairs)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Enjoys hands‑on work and staying active
- Full-time
- Typically Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
- Flexible scheduling available
