Job Summary
The Senior Project Manager is a strategic delivery leader responsible for overseeing high-impact, cross‑functional initiatives that advance the company’s priorities and drive measurable business outcomes. In addition to leading individual projects, this role may manage programs or portfolios of related initiatives, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and execution across the organization. This role partners closely with senior leaders and executive sponsors to translate strategic objectives into structured plans, manage interdependencies, and ensure delivery of outcomes across multiple teams.
The Senior Project Manager provides visibility, governance, and disciplined execution for initiatives that are critical to organizational performance, transformation, and growth. Success in this role requires the ability to operate at both the strategic and execution levels, shaping delivery approaches, influencing stakeholders, and driving results in a complex, fast-moving environment. Experience supporting customer-facing, customer experience and/or executive level initiatives is a strong plus.
- Lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within defined scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define objectives, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines across projects, programs, or portfolios.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, risk mitigation strategies, and change management considerations.
- Provide clear, consistent communication on project and portfolio status, risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Coordinate and manage project resources, including internal teams and external partners, ensuring effective utilization and alignment.
- Conduct regular project and program status reviews, ensuring teams remain informed, aligned, and accountable.
- Proactively identify and resolve risks, issues, and conflicts that may impede successful delivery or impact business outcomes.
- Support executive decision-making by preparing project materials, analyses, and recommendations for leadership review.
- Ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value by defining success metrics and monitoring performance throughout execution.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing delivery metrics and implementing enhancements to optimize project, program, and portfolio execution.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and governance artifacts across initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Minimum:
- 4 Year/Bachelor's Degree. Preferred in business, management, project management, or a related field
Preferred:
- Graduate Degree/Master's degree
- Certification Project or Program Management Professional (PMP or PgMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent
Minimum Years of
Experience:
- 4 years proven experience as a project manager, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and meeting client expectations.
- Strong customer-facing experience, with the ability to engage with clients at various levels and manage expectations.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, team player, good interpersonal communication skills and able to work across company departments.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit and/or stand at a desk and work with a computer for extended periods of time.
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, tools, and to handle other computer components.
