Inspect & Repair Associate

Position Summary:

Position is responsible for applying finishing touches on furniture parts/product and inspecting for quality craftsmanship.

Position Details:

Finish sanding of solid woods and veneers as needed

Cleans furniture parts/product as needed

Blends shapes on frames, doors and drawer fronts with hand air tools

Fills in defects with epoxy

Inspects parts and product with inspection light, identifying any defects

Observes plant safety rules

Keeps work area clean and is quality conscious in performing duties

Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor

Position Requirements :

High school diploma or GED preferred

Previous inspection/repair experience preferred
