The community garden coordinator will have primary responsibility for operating and maintaining WSU’s community garden throughout the growing season.
Garden produce will be grown and delivered to the Weber Cares Pantry.
Specific Community Garden Coordinator duties include the following:
Recruit and manage volunteers, as needed, to assist with garden and compost maintenance throughout the summer (April to Sept).
Required Qualifications
Must be a current WSU student with a minimum GPA of 2.5.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and the Adobe Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, including but not limited to: technical writing, computer skills, public speaking, and oral presentation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated and organized.
- A creative and collaborative problem solver.
