What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
  • Make outbound calls to connect with potential business customers and present service packages
  • Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the Sales Force system
  • Utilize knowledge of products to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate service value
  • Problem‑solve to encourage customers to commit to services and find solutions to their needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
  • Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to direct conversations to close sales
  • Must demonstrate a proactive approach to customer engagement
  • Associate's degree or higher is preferred

  • Experience in a sales or customer service role within the telecommunications industry
  • Familiarity with Sales Force or similar customer relationship management software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
