Experienced Estimator​/Project Manager

Selvaggio Steel is looking to hire an Experienced Estimator/Project Manager.

Construction or Manufacturing estimating / project management experience required.

Selvaggio Steel uses state‑of‑the‑art project management and estimating software to facilitate both the fabrication and construction process. You must be able to multi‑task and enjoy working out problems and communicating with construction clients. The company has been in business for 70 years and is proud of its work in the community.

Annual base pay (hourly with mandatory overtime) starts at $70,000–$95,000 depending on level of experience.

• Willing to contribute and grow with our well‑respected organization
• Experience with architectural and/or engineering drawings
• Proficient in AutoCAD and/or REVIT 3D modeling
• Proficient with computers and engineering math

• Collaborating with engineers, contractors, architects and production staff.
• Consulting with industry experts to discuss cost estimates and/or manufacturing drawings.
• Using computer software to calculate cost estimates or document the fabrication process.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good project management and advanced analytical skills.
• Can follow through without direct supervision.
