Taylorville Skilled Nursing & Rehab is looking for compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing team! As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care while supporting residents with compassion, dignity, and respect.

• Providing compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents

• Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately

• Monitoring resident conditions and reporting changes to the Director of Nursing

• Maintaining accurate and timely nursing documentation

• Collaborating with CNAs and healthcare team members to deliver excellent care

• Promoting resident comfort, independence, and well-being

• Responding calmly and effectively during emergencies

• Supporting a positive and patient-centered environment

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Illinois

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Commitment to quality care and reliable attendance

• Passion for working in long-term care and supporting residents
