Taylorville Skilled Nursing & Rehab is seeking a compassionate and experienced Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated clinical team. In this role, you will provide expert wound assessment, treatment, and prevention services while helping residents achieve the highest possible level of healing and comfort.

As a Wound Care Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in assessing, treating, and monitoring resident wounds while collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to support positive outcomes.

• Performing comprehensive wound assessments for residents

• Developing and implementing individualized wound care treatment plans

• Administering wound care treatments and dressing changes

• Monitoring healing progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed

• Educating residents, families, and staff on wound prevention and care

• Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff to coordinate care

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and treatment records

• Supporting infection prevention and quality care initiatives

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois

• Wound care experience preferred

• WCC certification preferred, but not required

• Strong understanding of wound treatment and infection prevention practices

• Compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented professional

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Passion for providing high-quality resident-centered care
