We are a smaller established private practice with a few mental health providers providing both medication management and counseling/therapy. This role offers significant autonomy; experience is welcomed but not required as on‑the‑job training will be provided. Most work will be conducted in clinic with occasional work‑from‑home opportunities. The position is part‑time (20 hours per week) with quick advancement to full‑time. Hours are flexible to meet provider needs.

Your role:
As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our clients and in providing provider support.

  You will manage front‑office operations, assist with scheduling, answer phones, return client calls, contact insurance companies for claims, and post insurance and client payments.
